Our Sport-Specific programs have been created for athletes of all backgrounds trying to work on a particular aspect of their game. At Skope, we have defined the three main areas as Strength & Mass, Speed & Power, and Work Rate. The programs are 5-week long Strength & Conditioning regimens that are meant to develop one of the three fundamental areas.
By identifying your area of opportunity you will be able to get right to work with these easy-to-follow, intense workouts. If you're an athlete who wants to specialize in one area and/or you would like to get a structured program to follow for the next 5 weeks, then this is the program for you.
Along with the workouts, you will also receive Skope Sports Performance guide to nutrition, supplement infographic, and videos for all of the exercises listed in the workouts. 1 on 1 coaching
If you're ready to take the next step in virtual coaching then this is the program you're looking for. Athletic performance is as individualized as our DNA. For athletes to get the most out of their performance they must specialize and target their individual weaknesses.
Working with a coach you'll follow a plan that is 100% personalized for you! This program can be anywhere between 4-6 sessions per week, but our coaches will be programming for you the 7 days of the week. This includes gym, recovery, and/or speed sessions. You will also get a copy of our nutrition guide, supplement guide, and tons of videos for the exercises you'll be performing.
Taking on a coach means that accountability is also going to play a huge factor in your success. This is why you'll have scheduled weekly check-ins, as well as 24/7 email support in case you need anything during the week.

This is personalization to the max. Taking on the Coaching Plus means no second guessing on anything. With this program you will receive everything that is included in the 1 on 1 coaching PLUS your own nutrition coach that will be guiding you through precise nutrition tactics to get you to your goal faster.
Have you ever heard the saying "results are 80% nutrition and 20% training"? Well, we don't believe it's such a drastic ratio, but we do believe nutrition can make or break your performance. This is why we've added the nutrition coaching component to our virtual training. By fueling your body appropriately you'll get the most out of our training programs.
In the accountability department you will have a weekly check-in where we cover how the nutrition tactics went during the week, your progress in training, and any other topics you might want to discuss. Outside of this scheduled check-in we are available 24/7 through email to answer any and all of your questions!
How many times have you gotten back from break just to find the majority of your team out of shape and in no way ready for rugby season? This is why we've come out with Rugby Coach! This program is designed for high school, college, and men's & women's rugby clubs to have a structured preparation period.
We know it's very hard to get a strength & conditioning coach on staff at all times during the year, so we've made it easy for you. Once your team signs up for this program you will receive three different programs depending on the time of the season. By categorizing players based on their positions and needs, you'll be able to group similar players together and help them reach their peak.
